Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of keystonegutterhelmet.com and your communications with Keystone Gutter Helmet (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site, submitting a form, or agreeing to receive communications from us, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Using this site
You may use this site for your own personal or business purposes in connection with our products and services. You agree not to use it to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to reach areas you are not authorized to access, harvest information from it by automated means, or submit false information or someone else’s contact details as your own.
Our content
The content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to us or to the people we license it from, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print, and share it for your own non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
Communications: what you are agreeing to
When you give us your email address or phone number — on a form, over the phone, in person, or in writing — you are agreeing to let us contact you about your inquiry and our services. There are two kinds of message, and they work differently.
Transactional messages relate to something you asked for: replies to your inquiry, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, invoices and receipts. These are part of doing business with us. If you are an active customer you can expect them, and opting out of marketing does not stop them.
Marketing messages promote our products, services, offers, and events. You receive these only if you agreed to them, and you can stop them at any time without affecting your service.
Agreeing to marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
What we do with the information you give us, and how long we keep it, is described in our Privacy Policy.
We send transactional email in response to your inquiry and in the course of providing our services. We send marketing email only where you have agreed to receive it.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email and takes effect promptly; it does not stop transactional email about work already underway. You can also ask us to remove you by replying to any message or using the contact details below.
Text messages (SMS and MMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, the following applies:
- What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, quote and estimate follow-ups, service and scheduling updates, and replies to your questions.
- How you agreed. By checking the consent box on a form on this site, by giving us your number and agreeing verbally or in writing, or by texting us first.
- Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the work in progress.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive. We do not charge for text messages.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, sign up again or text START.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or use the contact details below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Your number stays with us. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. We do not sell mobile numbers.
- You must be old enough. Do not sign up with a number you are not authorized to use, and do not sign up if you are under 18 without permission from the account holder.
Phone calls
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call you about your inquiry and our services, including by automated dialing or prerecorded message where you have agreed to that. You can ask us to stop calling at any time and we will.
Keeping your number and address current
Tell us if your phone number or email address changes, or if you give up a mobile number you previously gave us. Otherwise messages meant for you may reach whoever holds that number next.
Forms and what you submit
Information you submit through a form on this site is used to respond to you and to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please submit accurate information, and only submit someone else’s contact details if you are authorized to do so.
Third-party links and services
This site links to and uses services operated by other companies — analytics, scheduling, forms, chat, messaging, and mapping among them. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to what you do with them.
No professional advice, and no guarantee of results
The content on this site is general information about our products and services. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and nothing on it guarantees any particular result. We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always available.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. This does not affect any warranty we give you in writing for products or services you buy from us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
